I went to Environmental Commission meeting last Wednesday and it was fun to hear Robin Rather call out the Endeavor rep and attorny Richard Suttle as cowards for not meeting with the neighborhood until two days before Council vote.
For an excellent literary narrative of plover reproduction, I suggest tracking down a copy of Adventure Lit their Star, Kenneth Allsop’s tale of a pair of little ringed plover managing the industrial fringes of immediate post war England.
